Jocelyn Wicker, CFRE (she/her) has nearly two decades of experience as a fundraising and relationship management professional. Her goal is to help donors live their values through philanthropy. Before joining EFF she held previous roles with the ACLU of Northern California, the San Francisco Art Institute, and Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and she is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Fundraising Professionals - Golden Gate chapter.

Jocelyn earned a BA from Pepperdine University, is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and a certified Philanthropic Advisor.

She enjoys pub trivia, spending time with her dog, and riding her bike. Since 2011, she has run the San Francisco Midnight Mystery Ride.
