EFA Video Conference: Fighting Bad Laws With Litigation

When a bad law makes it through the legislature, that’s not the end of the story for EFF. This month we’ll be discussing EFF’s litigation strategy with Staff Attorney Mario Trujillo. using the recent wave of bad age verification laws as an example. We’ll also discuss how these arguments in the courts can inform legislative advocacy, and what EFF looks for when taking on these fights.
