EFF has been selected as one of the exclusive non-profit partners of hack.summit() which made history for running the largest virtual developer conference of all time (with 80,000+ developers in attendance). As a non-profit partner, we will be receiving funds generated by ticket sales & sponsorships from the event. This year’s event, hack.summit(“blockchain”), focuses on blockchain technology, with the goal of spreading and democratizing knowledge about blockchain and cryptocurrencies to attendees around the world.
This year’s speakers include technical leaders from the hottest blockchain projects:
- Jed McCaleb, Co-Founder of Mt.Gox, Ripple, and Stellar
- Riccardo “fluffypony” Spagni, Leader of Monero
- Eli Ben-Sasson, Founding Scientist of ZCash
- Leemon Baird, Founder of Hashgraph
- And more!
Note: Tickets can be purchased by making a donation to the non-profit coalition, including partners like us that make the world a better place by 1) spreading coding knowledge and 2) protecting the open internet. And if you’re not in a position to donate, tweet or share on social media to receive a ticket, so that we can get the word out to more folks who might be able to donate.
