International Rights Director Katitza Rodriguez will be participating at this year's Public Voice conference as part of a moderated panel discussion on the Madrid Declaration. The EFF-sponsored conference aims to raise public awareness on the consequences of surveillance technology, explore Latin American policies and technologies on privacy, and establish networking opportunities for Mexico based civil society and consumer rights advocates.

Join her at the panel discussion titled, "The Madrid Declaration: Two Years Later..." at 9:15 AM on October 31st.

She will also be on the last panel of the day titled "Transparency, Privacy, Security and Accountability of Government Databases of Personal Information" at 4:30 PM.
