About
EFF will argue that the FBI is exerting unconstitutional authority in its use of National Security Letters, or NSLs, to secretly demand data about ordinary American citizens' private communications and Internet activity.
EFF invites you to join us in the courtroom to lend your support for fundamental constitutional rights and demonstrate to the government and the media that EFF supporters are on alert. If you can't make it, you can listen to a live stream of the arguments.
Photo ID is required for entry; allow at least 15 minutes for security screening. EFF urges attendees to dress in business attire and to observe respectful courtroom decorum.
